At Copper Collections, we value your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase or order number.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
