Our story

Copper Collection began on 1 January 2023 as a simple dream shared between Gerhard and Catherine — to bring warmth, meaning, and healing into people’s homes through copper. What started as a passion project in their Oranjeville home has become a heartfelt small business, connecting craftsmanship, emotion and community across South Africa.

Each piece carries a story. When Catherine’s health allows and her pain is under control, she lovingly works with copper — shaping, polishing and creating each item by hand. For her, working with this living metal is more than art; it’s a form of healing. Copper, known for its natural energy and warmth, becomes her way of sharing peace and positivity.

Gerhard handles the technical and practical side — preparing materials, finishing, and making sure every product meets their high standards of honesty and quality. Together, they’ve built Copper Collection on the simple belief that love and healing can live in the things we make.

Shipping & Payments

We use PayFast for secure online payments. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and sent via courier to all parts of South Africa. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details by email. We stand by our products — if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
